Dear Mr. Rose:
It has come to the attention of the City of Coppell utilities Department that there is an
obstruction in the sanitary sewer line that services your towahome development, It appears to be
building material debris of some kind. Please contact the Operations Supervisor, Ted Dutt, for
information on the possible location of the obstruction. He can be reached at 972-,,62-5161.
If the obstruction is not removed in a timely manner, the utility surety bond supplied by
Quantum Contracting will be used to remedy the problem. If you have any questions, please feel
