The final plat for thm Springs of Coppell has been withdrawn due to time con-
straints by the Developer. Their engineers could not meet th~ submittal dead-
lines. Kevin Peiffer, acting Planning and Zoning Coordinator, feels this will
com~ back in May to the D.R.C. for review.
Have you obtained a copy of the a~reement from Larry Jackson concerning the
park?
