Per our conversation you have asked that we delay action on the
resolution until a copy of the .agreement batween Centre and the
City is available. At that time a. determination of.whether or
not the resolution is needed Fill be made. If the agreement meets
the satisfaction' Of each group, a trip to Austin for discussion
with Steve Bosak will be made to ascertain Parks & Wildlife's
approval allowing the area to be eligible for grant funding. You
stated that yourself, Alan, and possibly, me would make that trip.
