As you are aware, the dedication of this easement is required in order to complete a drainage improvement project which will benefit both you and the surrounding property owners. If you have any questions regarding the impact of the dedication of this easement with respect to the future development of your property, please call Mr. Dale Jackson of the city of Coppell's Building Inspection Department. The city Council of the city of Coppell considers this a priority project and has asked that we construct this drainage structure as quickly as possible so as to avert further damage to residences.
