Easement Dedication Documents
Dear Ms. Boorhem:
Enclosed for your review and execution are dedication documents for
the 25-foot drainage easement along the west property line of your
tract of land on Denton Tap Road in Coppell. As you are aware, the
dedication of this easement is required in order to complete a
drainage improvement project which will benefit both you and the
surrounding property owners.
If you have any questions regarding the impact of the dedication
of this easement with respect to the future development of your
property, please call Mr. Dale Jackson of the city of Coppell's
Building Inspection Department.
The city Council of the city of Coppell considers this a priority
project and has asked that we construct this drainage structure as
quickly as possible so as to avert further damage to residences.
We would like to have your response by no later than May 22. If
you have any questions or need additional information at this time,
please give me a call.
