I have contacted George Alverez (214-749-2858) at DART. He apparantly
reviews the 3rd party requests for permits.
I left my number and am hoping he calls back today.

He communicates with me just about as much as he does with you. I
guess
he is waiting on the DART permit. I sent it to DART on February 1 and
Denise said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to review, but I have not heard
anything. Keith got the contact information from me on Monday and he
was going to call DART - have not heard whether he was successful in
getting an answer. Do not see the contractor making the bore yet. Do
you know anyone at DART besides Denise that you could call and see
where
the permit stands?

Good Morning Suzan,
I was wondering how the project is progressing. I have not received
any communication from Rick or even a pay request from Dersner.
Please let me know if there is anything we need to be doing.
