Need test papers on all DC's
Raise all meter cans to grade
Drainage 3" around two vaults
Missing fire hydrant valve at Sandy Lake on City fire hydrant
Ail sewer clean-outs need to be grouted around sewer pipe
Paint CO in red on curb at clean-outs
Water main live valve on east side of building in parking lot needs valve stack work to
work valve.
