1. Need pad around all valve stacks
2. Mark MLV on curb in blue at all main line valves and paint valve lids blue and paint fire
hydrant valve lids red
3. Locate missing valve, north and east of Denton Tap
4. Blocking in vaults not to move
5. Brass plugs in vaults on DC ball valves
6. Meter leak on 4th meter loop from north end of street (Plaza Blvd)
7. Clean valve stack on new street
8. Leaking fire hydrant at 2nd fire hydrant, east side of street from north end of street
9. New manhole north of 121 needs rain pan
10. Test all DC in vaults
11. Valve extension on vault valve off 121
12. Valve extension on MLV on 121
13. Turn fire hydrant on Denton Tap
14. Valve leaking on main line valve, 121 and Denton Tap next to fire hydrant
15. Mark MH in red at curb at all manholes and paint manhole lids red
16. 2nd manhole north of 121 need rain pan and chimney seal and raise to grade
17. All City sewer clean outs need work to City specs.; will check on follow up
