Block C (tbrmerly Coppell Business Center III) Fee Assessment Letter Dear Mr. Itauglie: Enclosed is a copy' of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development. Please make payment for the Roadway impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $15,599.51 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of the assessed lees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat. Please provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract with lbe Construction Development Permit application to our office so thc 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be verified. The construction inspection fees must be paid prior to the scheduled pre-construction meeting. Water and Wastewater hnpact ['ecs are to be paid upon issuance of the Building Permit. These are paid by separate check at thc Building Inspections Department located at 500 Southwestern Boulevard in the Fire Administration Building. The additional ices tbr water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid, too, by separate check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees arc paid. }'lease note that although Double Detector Check Valve Assemblies are no longer available for purchase through the Citv, they are still required, and Water Impact Fees have been assessed based on the DDC specified in the plans.
