Progress Meeting Scheduled
Dear Mr. Gay:
This letter is to notify you of a meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 6 at 2:00 p.m. in the
Lobby Conference Room at Town Center. The meeting is necessary to update progress
made from the date the contract began to the present, and discuss anticipated activities from
the present to contract completion. Among the topics to be covered are the following:
1. Storm drain construction
2. Existing utilities identification, and relocation if necessary
3. Clearing, grubbing and excavation activities
4. Stabilization on the project
5. The beginning of paving activities
6. Traffic control plan and devices
7. Other related topics if pertinent
