Storm Drain Line C Conflict
Dear Mr. Gay:
You are probably aware now' of the conflict between the Line C slorm drain at St 6+80 and
the TXU underground duct bank. This conflict will require the re-laying of approximately
115' of Line C.
TXU was contacted for a proposal to relocate their underground facility but the cost to
peribrm the work was prohibitive, and the time frame would have delayed work on your
contract with us. Attached are two copies of revisions to the profile for the storm drain line.
Please provide the City a proposal for the extra work to modify the profile of storm drain
Line C.
