Notification of Repairs / Maintenance Bond - FIFTH NOTICE
MacArthur Blvd. / Samuel Blvd. Drainage Improvement Project # DR 00-01
Dear Ms. Boney:
The City of Coppell has contacted you in writing regarding necessary repairs beginning in July
2005, before the maintenance bond for this project expired. The repairs that need to be done remain,
and are as follows:
1. The street cuts are coming apart. They need to be re-cut and patched in several places.
I met with a representative from your company approximately two weeks ago. He assured me that
the repairs would be done soon, however the work has not started as of today's date. Please contact
me at 972-304-7090 to let me kno~ the date you have scheduled to accomplish these repairs.
