The ROW along SH 121 that was dedicated for a right-hand turn lane will no longer be required. Do you want it back??? Grading and Drainage Plan 1. Additional information will be needed in order to perform a review of the grading and drainage plan. Include drainage areas and calculations on this sheet. Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan 1. Fire hydrants are required every 300' along the fire lane. You will need additional hydrants. 2. FDC's should be located 1.5 times the building height away from the building, on the same side of the fire lane as and within 50' of a fire hydrant.. 3. Install a main line isolation valve at least every 500' along the fire line. 4. Ensure that the most recent version of the existing off-site infrastructure is shown on these plans. 5. The plans call for 2 ½" domestic meters however, the City's largest domestic water meter is 2". 6. Manholes should be provided where the 6" sanitary sewer laterals tie to the 8" sanitary sewer mains. 7. Verify the existence of the sewer stub shown from Lot 6. 8. Supply a utility plan showing the entire water system for the development. Additional comments may be generated upon detailed engineering review. The monument sign that is proposed inside the 15' Utility Easement along Forest Hill Drive should be located outside the easement. 2. The site plan does not match the utility plan. They should be consistent.
