Access to the equipment inside the tower will be limited to regular business hours. Any requests for emergency access that may be needed after regular hours will incur the expense of the City's on-call personal. 2. The proposed installation should not interfere with the City's plans to paint the tower. 3. Provide a statement from a structural engineer saying that the proposed installation will not impact the integrity of the structure. 4. The "Painter's Trolley and Rail" has been labeled as an existing"Cellular Antenna Mounting Collar." Will a cellular antenna mounting collar be installed? 5. The engineer's seal is shown at an incorrect scale. Please correct. The water tower is a secured site. Access to T-Mobile's equipment inside the tower will require the accompaniment of City of Coppell staff, which is limited to regular business hours. Any requests for access that may be needed after regular hours will incur the expense of the City's on-call personnel. 2. The proposed installation should not interfere with the City's periodic painting and/or maintenance of the tower. In the event that T-Mobile equipment must be removed and replaced due to periodic maintenance, this must be performed in a timely manner and at the expense of T-Mobile. 3. Provide a statement from a structural engineer saying that the proposed installation will not impact the integrity of the structure.
