RE: TexasBank Addition, Lot 1 Block A, SECOND Site Clean-up Notice
Dear Mr. Estes:
You were notified by lener dated February 14, 2006 of the need to remove the temporary
access across the referenced lot. One month has passed since you agreed to arrange for
the removal, and the gravel and broken concrete material remains in place. It has now
become an unsightly nuisance and has begun to pond water in an area adjacent to homes.
We do not want this to become a Code Enforcement issue.
We again trust that you will arrange for removal of the gravel and any related materials as
soon as possible. The lot must be cleared nfthe material by March 31, 2005 or the matter
will be turned over to our Code Enforcement office. If you have any questions, feel free
