RE: TexasBank Addition, Lot I Block A, Site Clean-up Notice
Dear Mr. Estes:
Notices were sent to Chris Ripke of Workman Construction on January 19 and January
30, 2005 requesting removal of the gravel and related materials that provide a temporary
access across the lot referenced above. We understand that your letter of October 2005
states no objection to the materials remaining on your property. However, as the access
was meant to be temporary during the construction on Lot 2R Block A, the material
should be removed now that the Creme de la Creme facility is lhlly operational.
We trust that you will arrange tbr removal of the gra,~el and any' related materials as soon
