On February 27, 1996 City Council awarded your firm the Andrew Brown Jr. Community Park
East Outflow Structure project. Enclosed with this letter please find three original contracts for
the referenced project. Please sign the original contracts, provide the required bonds and remm
two of the originals to us. One of the original copies is for your record.
Once the contracts have been signed and returned to our office, a preconstruction meeting will
be scheduled and a notice to proceed letter will be issued.
