Ken,
Suzan mentioned that you wanted to see a sketch for the tree issue on
Bethel Road. We don't feel comfortable moving the road itself any
farther to the north due to the existing landscaping and walls on that
side. We are proposing leaving the roadway where it is and realigning
the sidewalk as shown in the attached sketches. We have provided some
dimensions from the trees to the curb but these are strictly based on
the survey file. rm not sure where the surveyor took his shot so I
can't tell you an exact dimension. I'm also not able to tell you
whether the trees will be able to survive all of the construction
activity and changes to their environment. I wish we could answer the
question more definitively, but I really don't think there is a way to
do so.
