Dear Ms. Boney:
The City of Coppell has contacted you repeatedly in writing regarding necessary repairs starting in
July 2005 before the maintenance bond for this project expired. The repairs that need to be done
remain, and are as follows:
1. The street cuts are coming apart. They need to be re-cut and patched in several places.
I met with a representative fi.om your company approximately two weeks ago. He assured me that
the repairs would be done soon, however the work has not started as of today's date. You must
contact me by the end of this week (March 24th) to let me know the date you have scheduled to
accomplish these repairs. If you do not contact me a claim will be made against the bond amount to
make the repairs.
