I have just forwarded your email. We will need to send a tech to
investigate Once Construction, gets a request from Network, there is a
10-working day turn around time The work needs to be scheduled with a
contractor. Once I get an update, I will advise.

Annette, please have a technician go to the alley behind 968 Condor
Drive in Coppell to determine what needs to be done to a cable that runs
across the alley from this address to either 969 or 973 Tupelo Drive.
The Mapsco is 1B-W. Our Code Enforcement Officer said it had been there
for at least one month. Please submit a permit if it needs to go under
