For ease of rcl~rence, the following are organizcd in the samc order as your response letter. Plat: 1. l'he curve and line data tables as well as the curve and line labels are shown on the plat per your comment. 2. The 20' x 20' U.E. that lies between the southwcstcm most driveway was not necessary, and it has been removed. 3. Per your request, the note, "Sidewalks will be constructed at the expense of thc property owner when deemed necessary by the City Engineer." has been added. Paving Plan: 4. Paving note # 11 has been modified to state, "minimum by weight of hydrated lime" per your request. 5. The bands of stamped concrete have bccn revised to begin at the property line and extcnd back onto the private property pcr your comment. 6. Per Reed Engineering Group's geotechnical report, we rcvised the thickness of the concrete from 7" to 6" within the truck court near the building. This is due to the lesser amount of live loads within the first 50' feet around thc building. The legend has been updated accordingly. Water & Wastewater Layout: 7. Per our client's request, the 2" domestic watcr connection previously locatcd at the northeast comer of the building has been moved to the pump room. 8.
