Box 9478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Hold Harmless Agreement for the Issuance of an Early Grading Permit for the Belt Line Trade Center, Located on Belt Line Road in the City of Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Griffin: Industrial Developments International, Inc. (IDI) understands that the issuance of an early grading permit is solely a courtesy and without responsibility on the part of the City of Coppell (City) for the convenience of IDI. IDI understands that the complete site civil engineering construction plans have not been approved by the City, and that such approval may result in changes to the grading plan. IDI agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all costs, liabilities and or damages incurred as a result of the issuance of the early grading permit, including any changes that may be required as a result of final civil engineering construction plan approval by the City.
