Please note that this assessment includes only fees associated with the irrigation meter that will be installed at this time. Additional Impact fees for Roadway, Water and Wastewater will be determined when the remainder of the property develops. The Water Impact Fee and additional fees for the meter and utility inspection fee need to be paid by check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Your meter will be ordered when those fees are paid. Please contact the Building Inspections Department regarding a permit for you irrigation system if you are installing one.
