Attached, please find a copy of the Construction Development Permit application. In addition to your
own contact information as the applicant, please include the contact information of the subcontractor
who will be performing the tap. For your information, the Subdivision information (info for #2 of
application) is "Coppell South Substation, Lot 1, Block 1).
A Construction Development Permit was previously issued for this site (September 2005). The portion
of the permit fees paid toward the water tap was assessed, based on $2000, at 4%, totaling $80. This
amount will be credited toward your permit fees to tap the water line since this portion of the work was
not completed under the previous permit. You have indicated that the current value of the work is
$5210. Assessed at 4% ($208.40), with a credit of $80, $128.40 is due for your permit. Please indicate
this information on page 3 of your permit application.
