We have given all of the residents until March 31 to submit their
questionnaires. After that date, we will compile all of the answers and
make a determination on how we need to proceed. A follow-up letter
will then be sent to all of the residents. We have received both pre and
con responses from the residents and at this point in time we do not know if
it will become a project.
I really hesitate to say how much of your yard would be re-graded if the
project is approved - I would think that we would stay inside of the
drainage easement. I am not much help at this time, but we should
know more in the next few weeks on how we will proceed.

Coppell Engineering,
I live at 448 Cooper Lane, and I recently turned in a survey about possible
water drainage improvements in my back yard. I would like to know the status
of this project. Has it been officially approved? When will this project
begin? What will be done to my yard?
I am asking because I recently was given a large swingset/fort for my
children. To assemble this new play structure in my backyard, I need to
re-grade my backyard As I mentioned in the survey, I also need to regrade
my yard for drainage reasons. Anyway, I am wondering how much of that type
of work the city might possibly do?
