Request for early release of grading permit
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to request the City of Coppell issue an "Early Release Clearing & Grading
Permit" to be perl=ormed at the referenced property upon receipt of this request or post
haste.
Industrial Development International, (Texas, L.P.) the Owner of the referenced property
holds the City of Coppell harmless of any liability associated with the issuance of the
early construction release for the clearing and grading work at the reference property
and if any changes are made to the reviewed plans by either the general contractor or
the "Owner~'.
