Thursday evening through Friday. A steel plate was provided by Tiseo to maintain traffic flow, yet Verizon
had the lanes coned-off so that traffic had to use the far east and west lanes.

Please make sum that proper trench safety is followed by your contractors doing work on W. Sandy Lake.
Someone that is familiar with the OSHA requirements needs to be on the project site at all times. The
inspector for the project had to stop work on your relocation last Friday because of trench safety violations.
