Gentlemen:
Your assistance ia obtaining the additional information
regarding this easement ia appreciated. The agreement you signed
with the city of Coppell seems to make Shell 0il Company fully
responsibility for our damages.
Although you indicate that you have not been the beneficiary
of the drainage easement since your sale, paragraph 3 of the
agreement would require you to continue your responsibility for
future claims. It may be possible to obtain participation from
E-Systems in connection with correction of the matter.
Further contact will be made with the City, in an effort to
obtain their assistance in correction and maintenance.
It would be my suggestion that you contact your engineer so
that they may also participate in the matter.
Perhaps a meeting of all parties concerned would m~
beneficial. I would like to set a target date of sometime in
May f~r such a meeting, date, time and place will be
determined when all parties haOe responded.
By copy of this letter, Dale Hill of E-Systems
notified of t.~a proposed meeting and both the attorney
