I previously sent Warren Fyffe a copy of this drawing on March 29, 2006, but have
not had a response yet. This is an issue that we need to resolve as quickly as
possible. Please look at the attached drawing to see if you have any utilities on the
overhead poles. The utilities will conflict with the detour and need to be relocated
promptly. Also, have you relocated your facilities to the new TXU poles at the
intersection of Coppel! Road N. and W. Sandy Lake?
Please let me know. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.

There is not enough vertical distance between the overhead utilities and
the riding surface of the detour Large trucks and buses will hit the
utilities. Please check to see if you have utilities on the power poles. The
utilities need to be adjusted promptly. before traffic is routed on the
detour
