I appreciate your help. We have run into so many unexpected utility
conflicts on this project that have impeded the contractor's work. We
currently have four different companies out there relocating, The
contractor is supposed to get a large bonus if he completes the project
within the specified amount of days so we are really working with the
utilities to get them relocated.
