Larry Davis thinks the manholes will conflict with the back of the
curb. He said they were located 41' from the proposed centerline and
the new back of curb is 42.5' from the proposed centerline. The plans
do not indicate that there will be a conflict Please contact Larry at
972-304-3684 to see what he thinks the problem is.

It was my understanding that those manholes would be adjusted when
your
contractor had completed his work, in order to meet final grade. Let
me
do some checking.

I know that you called to let me know that all of the A T& T -AboveNet
facilities had been relocated, however there are two manholes at the
south end of Royal Lane that the inspectors feels are still in
conflict
with the proposed improvements. I have attached a drawing showing the
two manholes that the inspector is talking about Would you please
