re: Bank of Texas Lot 5, Blk. A Vista Point II
Dear Mr. DavlS:---
As a part of our development review a hammerhead for fire apparatus was initially required at
our northeast corner, encroaching into Lot 4 over a platted fire access easement. At the time of
our review the owner of this site was in development review as well. Since then they withdrew
and have been under redesign for the duration of our construction period. Because they were
not forthcoming with elevational criteria for the proposed hammerhead due to delays in design,
Mr. Tim Oates, City of Coppell Fire Chie~ stated that he would allow the bank to open without
the previous requirement for the hammerhead. It is understood that when, and if, the owner of
Lot 4 goes forth with their project the hammerhead will be installed as platted.
Please call me if you require further clarification of this issue.
Sincerely,
~b._.
