Suzan,
Thanks for your e-mail and for including a copy of the existing St. Louis Southwestern Railway Although
this would work is covered under the existing agreement we still must send plans for an engineering
review. Please send 3 hard copies of the plans sheets for review along with a check for the $600
engineering review fee.
Additionally, please let me know whom will be completing the installation of the facilities. If being
completed by a contractor, then they will need to enter into a Standard Contractor's Right of Entry
Agreement. All this being said and due to the proximity to the tracks, this installation will probably require
flagmen and/or posting on the Daily Operating Bulletin ("DOB") for an additional fee, payable directly to the
operating railroad, Fort Worth & Western Railroad in this case

Lastly, I understand that the installation of the 16" waterline by bore has been completed Congrats!

Attached is the original license agreement for MacArthur Boulevard and
the plan sheet showing the improvements we want to construct in the DART
right-of-way We will be installing a new traffic signal pole, mast
arm, and underground wiring with ground boxes. None of the improvements
will cross under the tracks.
Please let me know how to proceed with getting permission to construct
these improvements within the DART right-of-way
