Mr. Huthnance, I hope you can assist with this problem. The City of
Coppell is reconstructing portions of Freeport Parkway north of IH 635.
If you have traveled that roadway any time recently, you know why we
funded the project. Our contractor representative, Les Rogers of
Advanced Paving, contacted me today to report that landscape sprinkler
systems along the roadway from IH 635 north to Gateway Blvd flood the
road in the mornings making it impossible to do the necessary work
activities they had planned I believe your company may have either a
contact or the means by which to change the scheduling of the landscape
watering so that it doesn't conflict with work on the project.
Please reply as quickly as possible to my email with any information you
may have, as the project is being delayed by this issue and the contract
