I have a few changes on the proposal and will fax those to you. The
city will not sign an open -ended agreement - we have to specify the
number of right -of -way corner clips we anticipate I put Item No 1
under Design Survey with a lump sum fee of $5750 1 put Item No. 2
under Special Services with a maximum of seven surveys - this would be
$450 x 7 = $3150 00 1 really do not anticipate having to obtain corner
clips on each side of the seven streets, so this number should cover us.
The proposal would be for $8900 You also need to add a signature block
for the city manager
Ken is out of the office for the most of this week - his mother passed
away and the funeral is tomorrow He will need to see the proposal
before it is sent to the city manager for execution Also, could I have
a copy of the backup for the $5750 fee - Ken will probably ask to see it
before the agreement is sent to the city manager

Dear Ms. Taylor:
