1. Include the adjacent off-site easements that were dedicated by Separate Instrument.
2. A portion of the 24' Common Access and Fire Lane easement, in addition to some
parking spaces, are located on the adjacent property. How will easements for these
improvements be dedicated?
3. How will the 20' Utility Easement located on the adjacent property be dedicated?
4. Provide to the Engineering Department executed copies of easements dedicated by
Separate Instrument.
5. Please be advised that any work, including grading, in the TXDOT ROW or easements
will require their review, approval and permit.
6. During Engineering review, the impact of the proposed construction on the adjacent
residential properties will be evaluated.
7. Construction plans should be submitted for review and construction permit should be
applied for through the Engineering Department.
8. Point for Discussion: As-Built Drawings for Phase I.
