During the pre-con yesterday, Mark Wainscott assured Rick O'Dell that a letter would be provided to
engineering indicating that the utility contractor would focus on the repairs remaining from the most recent
Wynnpage development when the new project begins Please submit a letter outlining the intended
repairs, which should include a street light, lighting for the Wynnpage Subdivision monument sign, and
also the irrigation system for the median on Wynnpage Drive at Denton Tap Road We also ask that you
include an estimated timeline from start to finish for the repairs The letter can be faxed to 972-304-3570
