Claim for Vehicle Damage
Dear Mr Rogers
I was contacted today by Mr Rod Lynch who reported to me that his vehicle was
recently damaged while driving through the construction zone of the project. The
damage allegedly occurred on Saturday, April 29 on southbound Freeport Parkway dust
north of IH 635
