plans and attachments for S.H. 121 Water Line Project (from Sandy
Lake north to Coppell Road)
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Your request for the above information sent to Mr. Claud P. Elsom Ill, P.E., Area
Engineer for our Denton Area Office has been forwarded to me for handling. I am
enclosing a copy of the Utility Accommodation Policy, the Dallas District Utility Policy
and permit information responsive to your request.
The Department is required to charge for provided information in accordance with
the Texas Open Records Act. The total amount due for the provided information herein,
comes to $26.07. There was one (1) hour of personnel time involved in locating and
copying the requested information at $15.00 per hour; a 20% overhead charge of $3.00;
28 double-sided copies @ $.20 per copy ($5.60); 6 single-sided copies @ $.10 per copy
($.60); and postage of $1.87 to forward the information to you.
Please remit a check or money order for the $26.07 made payable to the
Texas Department of Transportation at earliest convenience. For accounting
purposes, please include a copy of this correspondence with payment.
