6. Need paperwork on test of DC's (two vaults and two domestic)
7 Paint meter can lids blue
8. Irrigation fittings not to City specs (two meters)
9 First fire hydrant valve needs 3' extension
10. Mark IRR and DOM on curb in blue
11. Mark FHV on curb in red and MLV in blue at curb
12. Mark MLV on fire lane to buildings (two buildings)
13. Replace part on fire hydrant at Freeport and north drive to parking lot
14 3' valve extension on MLV to vault off main on Freeport
15 Second City fire hydrant on Freeport from Bethel needs pad
16. First fire hydrant on Freeport from Bethel needs 4' valve extension
17. First City fire hydrant on Freeport needs oil
18. First City fire hydrant west on Bethel needs 3' valve extension
