high voltage holiday detector observation and an adhesion test observation were performed
on the �,\ -et well coating today with results as follows
A I hgh voltage holiday detector observation
1 A Sterns Holiday Detector set at 9,000 volts was used for this observation Repair areas
from the previous observation and areas coated after scaffold removal were observed
today Holidays found were marked with black Marks -A -Lot. Most holidays are pinhole
type and are found below the low level alarm height.
13 Adhesion Test
1 Additional dollies were glued in place on ;the north and east walls on 1/17/06 using
Loctite glue
2 1/18/06 -Dollies were scribed around down to the concrete prior to pulling them with
an Elcometer 0 -1,000 psi adhesion tester Results are as follows
a East wall - 300 psi - 60% Coating cohesion /40% Concrete
b North wall - 275 psi - 98% Concrete / 2% Coating Cohesion
