Identification Coating Observations
A coating observation was performed today at the above noted project with results as follows
A High voltage holiday test (Section 09902, Para 3 05 A 2)
1 The high voltage holiday detector observation was performed with a Spy Model 925,
Serial # 1024 gage Voltage was set at 9 500 volts Pinhole holidays found were marked
, ,N ith black Marks -A -Lot. More holdays were found near the floor elevation and up
about 4' then anywhere else All holidays found were marked.
B Bond Strength (Section 09902, para 3 05 A 3)
1 Adhesion test dollies were glued in place on 12 -22 -05 using Loctite glue
2 Dollies were scribed around to substrate and then pulled with an Elcometer 0 -1000 PSI
