not find anythut` In regards to the temporarti road It is my recollection that the access road was discussed between your office.
and Steve Siegfried of Project Solutions Group in the week foilmNiry the pre- construction meeting On March 17, 2005, Steve
Siegfiled received approval from Texas Bank to install the road On starch 22, 2005 Creme de la Creme contracted with
Workman to n,stall the telnporaiN access road and was directed to leave this in place for the construction of future pro . lects on this
parcel of land. W were not contracted to remove the road. Both Chas Ripke and myself have discussed this issue with Project
Solutions 0roup Vvorkman Commercial is currently preparing a proposal for C rdme de la Creme to remove this road. If
