Dear Mr Martinez,
Hanson Pipe & Products Inc herewith certifies that the design of the above mentioned
drainage structure, dated 6/21/05 and sealed on 4/30/06, does meet the functional requirements
of the attached manufacturing drawing, dated 4/25/06. The design of the structure accounts
for the presence of the required openings for influent and effluent piping either by
preplacement or coring with the reinforcement schedule, concrete material properties and the
specified maximum depths as shown on the drawing.
