RE Bethel Road - Addendums #3A & #38 and revised Construction Phase Services

Dear Mr Griffin.
Subsequent to our meeting on February 23, 2006, TranSystems has reviewed the construction
phase scope of services currently in our contract. The purpose was to determine if certain
services, which can be provided by the City, could be eliminated or reduced. The result is shown
on the attached breakdown. Essentially this would eliminate Transystems' involvement in
certain bidding related tasks while reducing our involvement in certain review, site observation
and reporting tasks. This would retain the record drawing and final inspection tasks with the
understanding that the City will provide us with well documented, marked up plans from CIty
inspectors.
Should this change III scope be acceptable, the resulting change in the contract amount would be
as follows
