Subject: Clarification of the 6' x 6' Junction Box location

Please accept this letter as our clarification of our intent to build the junction box at a
revised location in lieu of the initial site located on the contract drawings. Per Your
proposed location scenarios, we have opted to go with the coordinates at the station 41 +
34,81, with a top elevation of 502 75 and a flow line of 484.30 for the 42" HDPE storm
pipe. This box will have a poured in place base pad, with a no cost impact to the City.
