Dear Mr Marvin
Thank you for your time and information provided last week, I wanted to follow up with you to let you know
that Republic Electric is very interested in being awarded Project # TR 03-01 A&B and the opportunity to
work with the City of Coppell
Based on the bid results, I feel that Republic Electric is in a very favorable situation, while the actual
project price is approximately 5% higher, Republic Electric has offered to complete the project in 40% of
Roadway Solutions "Total Time" In other words, Republic Electric will provide quality service and
complete the project in 136 days earlier than Roadway Solutions has offered
Mr Richard Dickinson (of Republic Electric) was the only attendee at the pre-bid meeting, and felt that the
City of Coppell did a very good job in
Emphasizing and placing a high priority on early project completion and
Explaining how to respond to "Total Number of Days to Complete" section
