Dear Mr Crowell
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans
meet our current minimum standards.
Please submit three sets of revised final construction plans for the City Engineer's stamp and as
many copies as necessary for your contractors' construction operations. All contractors and
subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans stamped and approved by the City of
Coppell
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2°%
inspection fee for all private construction. A check for inspection fees made to City of Coppell
should be submitted to this office along with your pennrt apphcahon and a copy of the
contract(s) with the appropriate 2% shown for verification purposes If you have any questions,
