You need a full submittal for this project. There was not enough information provided in your previous
email for us to review If your architect can provide all the information necessary for us to review,
including drainage, grading, SWPPP, etc that will be sufficient. If the architect can not provide this
information, then it may be necessary to involve an engineer

We are about ready to construct the drive that I have been talking to you
about in between the Towne Center Bank and Chase Bank at Denton Tap and 121
Before you approve us on the plans, are you going to require us to have
engineering drawings or will the architectural drawings I sent you before
suffice?
