Dear Mr. Martin:
We have received your utility permit request and revised plans for
the 12" water line crossing of the proposed S.H. 121 Bypass at
Denton Tap Rd. At this time we foresee no problem in issuing an
approved permit, however, we will not do so until the right of way
has been acquired in that area. A copy of this area is enclosed
with the acquisition area shaded in red for your information. We
expect to have possession of this parcel (No. 27) in the latter
part of May.
Attached is a copy of the plans with our comments indicated in red
which we will specify in the permit as well. Please note the
conflict with a proposed drillshaft indicated on your plans and the
traffic signal layout. Revisions should be made to avoid the drill
shaft by at least one foot.
You should also be aware that GTE is planning relocation of their
facilities in this same location. We recommend you contact their
engineering department to avoid any future delays or conflicts with
their proposals.
