I have attached the Skaggs Road Boring project history as transmitted from J.T.
Dersner
Since It was a couple of weeks ago, I had forgotten that I had made telephone calls to
Moss Construction and to R &B Associates, who are the City Engineers for Melissa.
Both responses were that they had rlo negative comments. This is generally good, as
you only hear about the boring contractor if something goes wrong
We will have to trust John Skinner's experience with Skaggs and these reports of no
problems as we move into the project.
I would like us to make sure that we meet with Skaggs and Dersner early in the project
to talk through the bores and their preparation..
